Site Analysis Project 2019
The intention of the project is to expand the definition of “urbanism” and account for previously unidentified city builders in orbit of the United States military. Text and digital drawings were used to produce a comprehensive report about Yongsan Garrison, one of the US military bases in the world, and its impact on urbanization that is taking place in its surrounding neighborhood.
Readers can get a full view of the brochure by unfolding it completely. The black background was used at the bottom/back part of the brochure to emphasize the information that was kept confidential to the public until it was finally revealed after the Korean and American governments had come to an agreement recently to relocate the garrison and demilitarize the area.
